The Train Station in Denver

Daily Photo – The Train Station in Denver

Wow, a photo from Denver. I think I’ve only posted one in the entire 12 year history of the blog. Well, you waited long enough, Denver. Here’s the next one. I took this one at 11mm, so it gives the photo that surrealistic curvy feel. Cool eh? Also, hot tip. This is absolutely the place to go for a meal and wine before jumping on the train to the airport.

Grabbing a Horse & Carriage in Denver

New Macbook Pro

I wish Apple would announce some kind of new Macbook. I read an article recently that they haven’t done a serious rev in about four years, which seems like a very long time for Apple. Maybe they’re losing their mojo a bit! I switched to all Android for my phone about four years ago and have been very happy. I always tease my iPhone friends for constantly running out of space… that never happens on Android because it funnels stuff to the web in the background, where you have infinite storage. YAY GOOGLE! 🙂

Daily Photo – Grabbing a Horse & Carriage in Denver

I had a few late nights in Denver, and some of them were spent in a bit of an edible haze. Still, I managed to take some photos while between worlds. It was kind of weird. I was mostly just very sleepy. Haha anyway, I got this one around midnight when we were walking back to the hotel.

Daily Photo – Dining Al Fresco in Denver

One night a year, they shut down one of the main squares and everyone eats outside. Each restaurant gets a block of about 20-30 tables and patrons eat under the lights in the summer air. The weather was just perfect this night… I was a bit worried because the Denver days were quite hot — not what I expected.

Daily Photo – The Denver Photowalk

What a fun evening that was! I ended up getting stuck in Denver for a night because of some flight complications and decided to hold an emergency photowalk! It was great fun and so nice to see so many passionate photographers. Thanks again for all the help in planning the locations, route, and after-party! I’ll try to get back there again! 🙂
