Passport Sunday Party at the Great Wall!
I had a great time re-creating this photo in our latest video for Passport Members. Today you’ll see how I remade this one from scratch for your viewing pleasure. Actually, I’m still working on it a little bit. There are a few more changes I have in mind, but I’ll share it here as a work in progress!
By the way, here’s another part of the Great Wall that is abandoned. This is a view from above, taken from a drone.

This was one of my favorite trips to the Great Wall. Maybe because it was my first time! Anyway, I got a room at this place north of Beijing called “The Commune.” It was a very strange hotel, I must say, but kind of cool in its strangeness. I stayed here specifically because they had access to this old, classic part of the wall. It was a very lonely trip; that was for sure. But I quite enjoyed being the only one on the way for hours and hours.
