One of my good friends that is obsessed with reality shared this with me… I thought it was beyond interesting.

There is a huge set of stairs in Antananarivo that connect the lower part of the city to the upper part. All along both sides are people selling pretty much anything you can imagine. It’s mostly the sort of stuff people in the west would consider antiques. But people here actually still use this stuff. It’s both strange and not-strange. The whole thing is a bit of an anachronism because people that are selling this stuff are always behind the tables on their smartphones.
