Singapore is a fairly miserable city to walk around in during the daytime to take photos, unless you just love getting incredibly sweaty. There’s no “quick” photo actually because you end up getting soaked in about 15 minutes. So, as long as I’ll be getting sweaty, I choose to stay out for a few hours and just get pretty disgusting all around.
