Singapore can get up to over 100 degrees for a lot of the year, so someone came up with the idea to put cold air conditioning in this outside mall. I think my electricity bill is big, but I can’t even imagine what this one is! To tell the truth, I think it only cooled down to about 85, but I guess that is worth it. I don’t even want to think about what everyone is paying for rent at this shopping center…
