I was a bit worried about riding the bullet train in China because I’ve had such terrible experiences with travel situations there before. Planes have always been fine. The airports are amazing. But car trips are a disaster, as were all previous train trips. I remember taking one train trip that was the stuff of nightmares. But, I heard the bullet trains were cool, so we decided to try one while there on the Asia tour. Much to my amazement, they were absolutely incredible. They were on par, if not better, than the Japanese bullet train system!
