Here’s how it works:

• Enter the email address you used to purchase Aurora HDR Pro, 2017 or 2018 from the Stuck in Customs store
• We’ll check the email address against our records
• If it’s a match, we will give you a link to complete your upgrade order

Keys to success:

• Make sure you to enter the email address you used when you originally purchased the software from Stuck in Customs. It’s the email address we would have sent your receipt to.
• If you originally purchased Aurora HDR Pro, 2017 or 2018 from Skylum, then you will need to order the upgrade directly from them.
• Trial versions are excluded from upgrading. Only purchases make the cut.
