Recap of 2017! It was another great year, and thanks for being with me along the way. You’re probably somewhere along the spectrum of “Mildly interested in Trey” to “Extremely Interested in Trey.” Either way, thanks! And maybe what you see below will get you more excited about your own creativity for 2018! We did a tour across 10 countries in Europe for 50 days, followed by another month in Japan. I added a highlight video below - wait till you see our bus! Anyway, all of that was great fun and it was nice to meet so many of you around the world during these photo and art-events. It also allowed us to make over 60 pieces of fresh video content for our new Passport Members area that is just about a year old now! Tech wise, I’ve been all over the show. Even though I’m a Hasselblad Ambassador, (see my Hasselblad X1D Review) I think I may be switching BACK to Sony, especially with my new Sony a7R III toy. I mention that in the Live Holiday Special of Trey’s Variety Hour at the 25:30 mark if you want to hear more. Oh, and I may be bringing back Trey’s Variety Hour more in 2018! Anyway, I could go on-and-on, but I’ll be doing a full thoughtful review of all this stuff in the new year. I’m excited about that! In fact, on Jan 1, I'm back on a plane to take photos in all sorts of places. My year is only half-booked, but I’ll tell you where I’m off to. The rest of the time, I expect to be back here at home in New Zealand, editing photos like a madman! Here’s the list: Hawaii, Denver, Dallas, Austin, LA, SF, Key Biscayne, Grand Cayman, Langkawi, Tokyo (again!), Hong Kong, Singapore, Burning Man, Koh Samui, plus 6 new places in China starting in Sanya, Beijing, and Shanghai!
