My New Review of Macphun's Luminar
I just posted a review of a new photo editor called Luminar. Luminar is an extremely powerful and fast photo editor that can do not only the most basic adjustments, but literally millions of “looks” for your photo. It’s extremely easy and fun to use and designed for all skill levels. It comes from Macphun, a company I teamed up with to make my own HDR Software called Aurora HDR, so you know it’s gonna be good. These guys have been making award-winning software for years.
3 Reasons to Switch from Nik Software to Macphun's Luminar
As you may have heard, Google has recently announced they are ending their support of the popular Nik Software collection. So now what?? Well it's a perfect time to check out some new tools like Lunminar. Here's a quick video where I give you 3 great reasons to make the switch now to Luminar for Mac or Windows.
Trey Ratcliff's Wildly Unpredictable Presets for Luminar
25 presets for Luminar. Imagine 25 warm, fresh donuts ready to glaze their way into your donut hole. Awww yeah... I love Luminar so much and figured out a few unpredictable ways to push the controls and create some interesting results. There is a wide variety of filters in here. Some work great with landscapes, some are better with people/portraits, and some are best for architecture. There's also some radical B&W filters included.

Some recent photos from the StuckinCustoms.com blog
This is a panorama made out of about 100 different images in this magical place in New Zealand. To give it a sense of size, my son, who is 6'3″ is standing under the waterfall on the left. See him? He's wearing a red top.
The Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II In Milan
I took this one on our photo walk. It's funny because a lot of times on the photo walk, I am too rushed to get a decent shot. But it worked out well in this situation! This is actually two different shots, stacked vertically in a vertirama.
The Giant Car Robot
How's this for a unique place?!? While in Germany, we made a day-trip to visit the Ritz-Carlton in Wolfsburg. It's an entirely unique location because it's embedded right in the middle of Volkswagen heaven. Germans love their cars (if you didn't know), and many people make a pilgrimage to come here to pick up their new cars. Volkswagen has these two huge towers where new cars are delivered every day to their owners. A tremendous robot goes shoots up the central cavity to pick up and deliver different cars as if in some tremendous vending machine.
The Volkswagen Plant In Wolfsburg, Germany
This is a crazy little scene, eh? Yeah, this is the view from the pool at the Ritz-Carlton in Wolfsburg, Germany. I didn't have enough time to stay at the hotel, but I did run around this whole area and take a bunch of photos. For true Volkswagen aficionado, this is kind of a mecca. New owners come here from all over the world to pick up their new cars and drive them back home.
Down on Grand Cayman Island, I was using these Snapchat Spectacles all the time. Everyone under 25 seemed to know exactly what they were and wanted to play with them. If you don't know, there is a little camera up there that records 10 seconds of video then sends it out to all your snapchat followers. It's kind of a fun thing! Anyway, this gal was over by the pool having a Moscow Mule and she asked to try them on!
Olya in the Turkish Bath
Here's the awesome and kooky Olya! She's our new Russian videographer and she spent about 50 days with us on the road in Europe. She has a really thick Russian accent, grew up in Soviet Russia, and has all kinds of hilarious stories.
