A major Plotagraph launch!
I've been using Plotagraph Pro since before it was widely available. I was an early tester of the product and I have posted before about how to use it. So I'm super-excited to help announce the next chapter in the Plotagraph story.
On June 1st (today!) Plotagraph is launching...
Introducing Plotagraph Social!
When you animate a photo with Plotagraph, you can't wait to share it! They are still so new and unique that lots of people have never seen anything like them. Where's the best place to start? Plotagraph Social.
Plotagraph Social is a new platform for showcasing your favorite looped visual objets d'art and is also designed to encourage collaboration between the artists that make them. Check out the video below from one of the founders to see what it's all about.
Current users get Plotagraph Social automatically. (Look near the home button in the software for a switch to go to Social and back.) New users can sign up for FREE using the link below!
Create Plotagraphs for free!
Not only is it easier than ever to share Plotagraphs, it's easier than ever to create them because Plotagraph Social includes a FREE version of the software that has all the core features you need to make Plotagraphs (and comes with a good bit of cloud storage).
When you get hungry for more features there are two ways to get them. You can go the traditional route and upgrade to a paid membership OR you can unlock more features in the free version by gaining followers on Plotagraph Social. If you stay at it, you can social your way into getting all the features in Plotagraph Pro for free!
Breakin' it down
Last but not least, pricing for all the Plotagraph memberships has been revamped. You can learn more about all the versions and sign up for any of them here.
And don't forget...

Vienna and Budapest with a side of London
In the past week, we have passed through both Vienna and Budapest, two incredibly beautiful and unique cities. If you missed our Facebook Live broadcasts, fret not! Here is a veritable compendium of the events in both cities. :) Vienna Pre Party, Vienna Photo Walk, Budapest Pre Party, Budapest Photo Walk.
While we've been on the road our master videographer Olya has been filming non-stop and has put together some highlight videos for each city. In the latest highlight reel of London, Trey dishes out some tips for colour (not color) in photography. Have a watch below and see what you think! :)
StuckInCustoms.com is a personal blog where Trey puts up a new unique photo every day and writes about the art, the technology, and the story of the adventures. Actually, this is Trey writing about this in third person. Both Trey and I appreciate your support very much!
If you think your family or friends might like this Newsletter (subscribe for free), please forward this to them. It'll make a fun email chain!
Reminder: The Text HDR Tutorial is Always Free!
I keep a completely FREE HDR Tutorial on my website. It is a living document that continues to evolve over the years. It goes over everything you need to get started and is a great introduction to the basics of HDR photography and post processing.
Check out what you may have missed!
Have you missed a past issue of the most beautiful newsletter on the Internet? Well, we've got great news! We've been saving them here all along just for you!
Here are some of my favorite recent photos
An afternoon at Mauerpark in Berlin
They have a huge organic karaoke concert and everyone goes nuts... all sorts of colorful characters here!
On the way to Mauerpark
On the way into Mauerpark in Berlin, I saw these two cute kids taking turns on the swing.
A Happy Mistake
Here's a favorite new photo I took at Mauerpark. I used the Leica 35mm f/1.4 on the Sony - but I'm not quite sure how I got the background to have such a funky spiral look. Oh well, a happy mistake I guess!
Sunset in Vienna
This was taken on the Danube... wow so many people... non stop party, food, and music along such a beautiful scene!
The coolest cafe I've ever been to
We woke up early in Vienna to go visit some of the beautiful museums here. Check out this beautiful museum cafe... maybe one of the nicest cafes in a museum I've ever seen!
Cold War communications
Found an abandoned Cold War radio tower that's now turned into a real-life expansion of Fallout! Wow, you should have seen some of the characters that were wandering around this place. It stormed like a war and our only refuge was to find a way inside.
Das Museum von Ritz-Carlton Aufzug
This looks like some amazing museum, eh? Even better, it's actually what I see as soon as I get out of the elevator here at The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna.
