Two days. Two Photo Walks. Amsterdam and Berlin this weekend!
Amsterdam: Friday, May 19 | Berlin: Saturday May 20
We've crossed the English Channel and are again buzzing across the Continent in our bus, headed towards back-to-back Photo Walks in a couple of my favorite cities! The Amsterdam events are Friday evening (May 19) with the Berlin events a scant 24 hours later on Saturday (May 20). You probably know the drill by now: the Pre-Party starts at 6 pm (free), followed by the Photo Walk (free), followed by the After-Party (ticketed).

Photo Walking through Hyde Park
What a turnout we had in London! It was our biggest Photo Walk yet with a few hundred people joining us! We had a lucky break after days of rain and the evening couldn't have been more perfect for taking photos – lots of clouds and colors, and as usual, great people. If you missed it, check out the Facebook Live of the walk below :)
The day before the Photo Walk I was excited to be interviewed London's daytime news show, London Live News. Here's a little behind-the-scenes footage.
Tips on how to take unique photos from the waterfront in Barcelona, Spain
Barcelona was stop two on our #80Stays tour of Europe and we had a great crowd out for the Photo Walk there. It was a completely different (but equally awesome) atmosphere as in Lisbon and the after-party crowd had some excellent questions. Check out the video for some tips plus a few photos captured by Photo Walk attendees.

Here are some of my favorite photos from France, London, and Rotterdam
We stopped by Omaha Beach... what an amazing sculpture and scene. Right after this, we went over to the American Cemetery where over 9,000 white tombstones are scattered around a beautiful park.
Here's the amazing Berners Tavern inside The London EDITION hotel where we stayed while in London. Every wall is covered in amazing paintings... a dizzying sight for the eyes. It's one of my favorite restaurants in London and the dinners are always amazing!
C'mon!!! Let's Go!!!
During our little mini-Cooper tour around London, I saw this cute scene along the sidewalk.
London at Night
I went out on the final night in London by myself for a wander. I love this Piccadilly Circus area because it's where all the theatre shows are and lots of interesting things to see. This one uses the Sony A7rii + Leica 21mm f/1.4.
American Cemetery at Omaha Beach
Just before crossing the English Channel, we stopped at the American Cemetery at Omaha Beach. There are about 10,000 crosses here - it is quite moving. This is a panorama made from 6 different shots from my Pixel phone.
Cool and Funky Rotterdam
We stopped in Rotterdam on the way to Amsterdam. What a cool and funky city to explore!
What a cool building, eh? Unfortunately, I got here too late and it was all closed up, but the views are still pretty epic from the outside. This is the last photo I got in Rotterdam before heading back to the bus to sleep for the night and morning drive to Amsterdam for the photo walk.
We made a slight detour to go visit the home of Monet in Giverny. Here's one of the ponds in his backyard... This Monet guy really knew how to live!
