An alternate view of Carrol Rock (and the surrounding hills) to the one I posted the other day. I used the Air 2S for this one. It’s got a lovely 1inch sensor despite being pretty compact. A great mix.

Up, not far from the coast, in northeastern Scotland, this is Carrol Rock. Normally you’d be able to see right out to sea from this vantage point, but it was a day filled with passing storms, so instead you can see one of those in the distance, as the sun burst through in the foreground.
For a short while, a few years back, I tried moving to the DJI Inspire range. Those things are massive, and it was a bit of a failed experiment as it was just a nightmare for a (mostly) solo traveller to take around the world. The images were decent for the time, and it looked super cool… especially when taking off with the legs moving into the alternate position… but soooo bulky, massive case, heavy. So, it never got the use it deserved. Here is a rare shot from that beast.
