One of My First Burning Man Lessons – Stuck in Customs

One of My First Burning Man Lessons

Daily Photo – One of My First Burning Man Lessons

My first year at Burning Man I didn’t have a bike, but since I didn’t know any different, I didn’t mind. Since then, I’ve invested in an ebike and it allows me to explore way more, which is awesome. That said, while wandering around at that first burn I started to explore different lighting techniques, and how to make sure someone is perfectly lit even if they are on the other side of the sun. It’s a difficult technique, and I’ve been continuing to try to improve it over the past decade. A life’s work, much like myself.
