This is the hotel where I stayed (The Grand Mercure) in Indonesia when I went to visit Borobudur for the weekend. I never took a chance to sample the pool, except for my camera, which could not resist!

Looks like a fantastic place and a great photo opportunity, I like the contrasting colours with the intense blue filling the bottom half and nothing but yellow at the top. Groovy

HDR adds a little “drama” here and that’s very nice.

Very Nice Trey. As a lighting designer for events, I like to create scenes with 3 main colors. That is one of the reasons this image is so effective for me. AMBER, GREEN, AND BLUE with a great balance. The image is so sharp as well! I love the composition…the pool almost pulls you into the scene…like a welcome mat. Thanks for the daily inspiration Trey.
