The Blue Calcite Stream Near the Geothermal Event
Regular visitors to my stream or blog know that I do not add any colors to photos. I use all the natural light and photos that are really there. HDR certainly enhances them…
I found this spot while driving around lost in the south of Iceland while trying to find my way to the Blue Lagoon. This deep milky blue color is all over tiny streams and rivulets that bubble up everywhere across the rocky landscape.

ooo beautiful, your HDR looks about as good as a Kinkade painting! Ever thought of working for a jigsaw puzzle company?

Great work. I’m sooooooo envious of your ability to be a globe-trotting photographer. Regarding your HDR….do you shoot 3 rapid fire shots with your camera or do you shoot a whole bunch from one exposure extreme to the other?
thanks,
chet
