Every morning the fog would roll in over the rainforest hills and make for a very surreal breakfast. I wish I had a flower-identification-friend that could help me identify these cool flowers I find, but so far all of my friends just know about video games and comic books.

Plant taxonomy is tricky. I can only decently do desert plants.
But if you’re interested in learning a few basics this picture illustrates a “perfect flower.” http://www.bbg.org/gar2/topics/sustainable/handbooks/propagation/basics1.gif Basically a flower with all its parts. So next time you look at a flower you can try to identify the parts. The problem is that it’s actually rare for a flower to have everything or even when it does they’re unusual-looking.
The easiest aspect to learn about plant taxonomy is leaf classification. These are decent explanations on how to do it: http://www.personal.psu.edu/faculty/t/r/trp2/leafclass.html and http://theseedsite.co.uk/leafshapes.html

I have no idea - I wish I knew. Kena sounds good enough to me - so Kena it is!
